Critique a part of the Constitution and explain what is wrong with it.  It can be any of the articles, sections or amendments within the document.  Use research to defend your statements/positions.

ESSAY PARAMETERS:

1.      Paper must be 3 pages of material/body typed and single-spaced.

2.      Font should not be larger than 12 and text should not be bold.  Do not use block style paragraphs.

3.      Your material should emphasize criticism over description.

4.      You should access at least 5 independent sources for your essay other than the textbook.

5.      Use in-text citations in your essay.

6.      Use MLA or APA style citations, whichever best fits your discipline /major.

7.      No title pages or covers on your essay; type title and name at top, double space and begin writing.

8.      Your bibliography should appear on the last page by itself (it does not count as a page).

9.      Try to connect some of the larger issues I have been making in class.

10.  Papers are due on by April 20.   Late papers will not be accepted.
